Owner/Professional Organizer

Lahni has always had a passion for organizing.  She turned this passion into a career in 2017 when she realized that helping people and organizing go hand-in-hand.  She loves what she does and how much joy it brings the people she works for.

When she's not organizing, Lahni is spending time with her wonderful family!


Adele Payant
Professional Organizer

Adele has a passion for organizing. She believes that getting organized can impact someone’s life for the better and she’s here to help you do that! 


When Adele isn’t organizing she’s hanging out with her pup, hiking throughout Colorado, and hanging out with friends.


Jessica Woodrell

Professional Organizer

Jessica has always enjoyed organizing. She likes seeing how creativity and structure can completely transform a space so that it feels like a home. She loves being able to help someone’s life feel more manageable and help to bring a sense of calmness into their everyday routine. 


When Jessica isn't at work she enjoy hanging out with her 2 cats, cooking, and traveling.

Samantha Griffin
Professional Organizer

Samantha believes that organizing is her true.  For her, organizing is so much more than the calming the chaos; organizing is also about taking steps towards healing the body, mind, spirit, and soul. She loves to see her clients smiles at the end of the project!


When she’s not organizing for clients, she enjoys spending time with her family, her 2 dogs Benson and River, country swing dancing, writing music, playing guitar, rooftop camping, and traveling.

What To Expect On Project Day:

  • Start time at 9am (unless otherwise agreed upon)

  • We only need you there to make decisions (keep, donate, trash, sell)

  • This should be a relaxing experience for you - put your feet up we are here to do it all for you!

  • Supplies are not included in the quote, but we always try and reuse items around the house if available. By using CHS you will also receive 5% off of Target products & 10% off at the Container Store!

Project Quote:

1 CHS Organizer | Typical Range: $750-1050*
2 CHS Organizers | Typical Range: $1550-1950*
3 CHS Organizers | Typical Range: $2550-2950*

*Please be aware that this is just an estimate. Services can be about 20% less or more than the quote provided depending on many aspects such as the speed of decision making, 

Services Included In Quote:

Shopping Assistance - We do all the shopping for you so you don’t have to. No time spent researching, planning, and running around town to Walmart, Target, Dollar Store & Container store. Sit back and relax we’re here for you! (Mix & Match up to 3 hours per project day: shopping, donation or consignment assistance)
Donation Assistance - Tired of driving across town just to sit in line at Goodwill? Fret no more, we will fill our cars and do all the dirty work for you. Time to relax & unwind, you deserve some time off. (Mix & Match up to 3 hours per project day: shopping, donation or consignment assistance)
Consignment Assistance - Don’t know which items you have are worth money? Our expert organizers will get you the most money we can for your items. We load ‘em up in our cars, consign them for you, and then send you a check. Sounds too easy right? … Maybe because it is! (Mix & Match up to 3 hours per project day: shopping, donation or consignment assistance)
Facebook Item Selling - Don’t know where to start when selling items on Facebook? Don’t have the time to take high quality photos, research, price, measure, & write descriptions for your items? We do. Let our experts list your items for you (30 day listing)
Paint Recycling - Is that pesky used up paint cluttering your garage? Don’t know what to do with it, and realize it’s just taking up space? We haul your paint away and recycle it for you - all included in services.

Unlimited Text & Email Support - Are you someone that has a lot of stress, anxiety & overwhelm from time to time? Have a lot of questions that need to be answered? Our responsive team will answer each and every question you have before, during, and even after your project. You’re part of the Clutterless family now. (We will try and get back with you ASAP but please allow 48hr response time during business hours)


No Service Fee - Any project within 60 miles roundtrip from Denver will incur no trip charges. 


Pre-Project Planning & Research - An organizing expert will research the best products to use in your home that fit within your budget & style preferences.
