Cancellation Policy
Clutterless Cancellation Policies:
1st Cancellation
Cancellations made 5 days or more in advance of the event date, will incur no fees, and your deposit will be held for your future project. Cancellations made within 1-4 days will incur a $95 cancellation fee.
2nd Cancellation
Cancellations made 7 days or more in advance of the event date, will incur no fees, and your deposit will be held for your future project. Cancellations made within 1-6 days will incur a $95 cancellation fee.
3rd Cancellation
Cancellations made 10 days or more in advance of the event date, will incur no fees, and your deposit will be held for your future project. Cancellations made within 1-9 days will incur a fee of 50% of the estimated project cost for the day.
