Cancellation & Liability Policies
Clutterless Cancellation Policies:
Cancel or reschedule
The $95 deposit is non-refundable. It is applied toward your project cost only when you keep your scheduled project day.
Cancel or reschedule 6 or more days before your project date:
no additional fee, deposit is forfeited.Cancel or reschedule 3 to 5 days before your project date:
$250 fee, plus the forfeited deposit.
Cancel or reschedule less than 3 days before your project date:
$500 fee, plus the forfeited deposit.
Clutterless Liability Release
Payment for services is due in full at the end of each organizing day. Outstanding balances will be charged interest at 1% per month. With permission, Clutterless Home Solutions LLC may use before-and-after photos of organized spaces for marketing purposes. Photos will not include clients. Clutterless Home Solutions LLC is not responsible for any costs, claims, or liabilities connected to donated, consigned, or removed items. Once items leave the home, recovery cannot be guaranteed and Clutterless Home Solutions LLC is not liable for them.
