Cancellation & Liability Policies

Clutterless Cancellation Policies:

1st Cancellation

Cancellations made 5 days or more in advance of the event date, will incur no fees, and your non-refundable deposit will be held for your future project. Cancellations made within 1-4 days will incur a $95 cancellation fee.

2nd Cancellation

Cancellations made 7 days or more in advance of the event date, will incur no fees, and your non-refundable deposit will be held for your future project. Cancellations made within 1-6 days will incur a $95 cancellation fee.

3rd Cancellation

Cancellations made 10 days or more in advance of the event date, will incur no fees, and your non-refundable deposit will be held for your future project. Cancellations made within 1-9 days will incur a fee of 50% of the estimated project cost for the day.

Clutterless Liability Release

Payment for services is due in full at the end of each organizing day. Outstanding balances will be charged interest at 1% per month.  With permission, Clutterless Home Solutions LLC may use before-and-after photos of organized spaces for marketing purposes. Photos will not include clients.  Clutterless Home Solutions LLC is not responsible for any costs, claims, or liabilities connected to donated, consigned, or removed items. Once items leave the home, recovery cannot be guaranteed and Clutterless Home Solutions LLC is not liable for them.
